Hi there!
Does anyone have a good protocoll for measuring GFP in E.coli? I use a
fluorimeter and the S65T mutation. I'm able to measure GFP from multicopy
plasmids (50-100 copies) but not from a single chromosomal insertion. It's
regulated by a fairly strong promoter. Does anyone have any suggestion?
