Dear Everyone,
I am generating reporter mice with GFP and I am facing the problem as
how to fix the cells. How well does GFP hold up in formalin fixation
and paraffin embedding? Also, if paraffin embedding is not possible,
can anyone suggest some alternatives that will allow analysis of GFP in
tissue?
