subcellular localisation og GFP in plants

Hi,

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to use GFP as a fusion proteinto 
do sub-cellular localisation experiments in plant cells ??

Is GFP toxic when expressed subcellularly ??
Are there any constructs available ??
Are there any paper published on the sub cellular localisation of GFP in 
plants ??

I would be grateful for any advice.
