Does anybody know something how GFP fluorescence could be quenched in
vivo? I am working with GFP marked cell membrane receptors (actually
GPI-linked receptors) and I need to quench GFP fluorescence on the cell
surface to find how large fluorescence inside the cells is. Any
suggestions much appreciated.
