Dear netters,
We are currently using luciferase as a reportergene. However GFP seems
to be a nice one as well. Our luciferase is under the regulation of 6
CRE (cyclic AMP responsive) elements. Does anyone has experience with
GFP regulated by cAMP and/or can anyone provide with a GFP construct
that is regulated by cAMP.
