Hello:
I have a question about the GFP.
I can expresse the GFP fused with my interested gene in Hela cells very
well by transient transfection.
But I have a big problem, I couldnot diffentiated the GFP-positive and
negative cells very well in the FACScan analysis.
Cause it is transient transfection, I have to group the GFP-positive
cells and the analysis the DNA content.
Could anybody give me some suggestion about the cell cycle analysis?
