Hi There!
Neww to this group, but wanted to ask if anyone knew if GFP would
survive paraffin embedding? We have adenovirus infected tissue
expressing EGFP and want to look at the morphology of the tissue by H&E
staining, but also want to compare those infected cells with nearby
unifected cells. Any ideas?
