i know that fixation has come up a few times recently regarding gfp, and
i had a general question for those of you using paraformaldehyde.
specifically, do you pay attention to the pH of your paraformaldehyde
solution when you make it? if so, what pH do you prefer?
when responding, please give some idea of the cells and molecule type
(memb., cytoskel., etc.) that you are working with.
