Hi,

I have the same problem with the cell line I use: I have heterogeneous
fluorescence, even if I work with a monoclonal population. In this
population, the cells are stable for GFP and always in culture media with
G418. I think that is very difficult (may be impossible) to obtain a
population stable for GFP, that express every time a good and homogeneous
level of  GFP.
I think it's usual.
