GFP people,
I am trying to modify our undergraduate lab for next fall using GFP vectors
for expression in prokaryotes (E coli). I can't find anyone that sells
prokaryotic versions of the Yellow-Green GFP mutant. Anyone know who does
sell such a vector (not clonetech or quantum I already know)? I already have
wtGFP, GFPuv, EGFP (red shift excitation), and BFP, I would like to add
another (couple?) of colors.
