Hi GFP people
Does any one have a good protocol for GFP quantification in a
fluorometer. We are actually working
with a membrane protein tagged with GFP in MDCK cells. Our problem is to
get the tagged protein into solution without quenching GFP fluorescence.
We have already tried whole and sonicated cells without success.
