Has anyone expressed GFPuv in the periplasm of E. coli, either fused or
un-fused? I'm attempting both using the OmpA leader sequence to direct
it to the periplasm. So far, I haven't gotten any flourescing colonies
even though digests indicate the correct size fragments are present.
I'm sequencing them to confirm this. I suspect that it is possibly
going into inclusion bodies.
