Dear All, My apologies for troubling you with my blatant ignorance. However, does anyone know how does detectability of fluorescence (let's say FITC-conjugated surface marker) compares between photon counting (on Bio-Rad MRC 600) and FACS? Thank you very much for your consideration. Cheers Michal
