Dear All,
A friend of mine experiences the following problem:
it appears as if samples double labelled with phycoerythrin
and FITC "loose" FITC label.
When she does single labellings, they work fine. However,
in double labelled samples only the PE label is visible and
the FITC label is gone.
I have no experience with PE whatsoever, so I am clueless.
Any suggestions?
