Hi,
I have tried the perplasmatic expression EGFP in E.coli.
The westerblots shows that the concentration of EGFP is at least 10
microgramms per 1ml, but I could detect hardly any fluorenscence signal.
Does anyone has some done perplasmatic expression EGFP in E.coli? or has
an idea what the problemo might be.
