Dear collegues,
We observe a strange phenomenon when cells are cultured in the presence
of a texas red analogue (SR101, mol probes). When SR101 is washed from
the medium and endocytic structures are followed in time we observe the
usual tubulo-vesicular structures (EE) but also nuclei are labeled. The
nuclear stain dissappears in time.
Does anybody have the same experience and a possible explanation?
