HI All
I have a colleague who is interested in looking at fluorescent tags for
mammalian smooth muscle cells and endothelial cells. Has anyone localised
GFP to these cell types or know of a commercial vector which does this??
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Also, does anybody have a GFP which targets the ER in cos-7 cells??
