Has anyone else seen an association between GFP and actin? We are fixing in 4% paraformaldehyde for twenty minutes in C2C12 cells (mouse myoblasts). We are trying to develop a fixation protocol that preserves actin but eliminates this GFP/actin interaction. Thanks Todd Maney University of Washington
