I am still looking for a reproducible purification scheme for the
wtGFP. I am doing a research project for an advanced undergrad biology
class that involves the purification of this protein and haven't had any
luck finding a definite easy to follow procedure. If anyone has
information on where I could find a good purification scheme please
contact me. I will be starting this project within the next 3-4 weeks.
