Has anyone had any experience using the BioRad VersaFlour Fluorometer for
quantitation of GFP and/or EGFP ?
Is it any good ?
It appears that you have to set up a standard curve using recombinant
protein to aid the quatitation. Is a GFP standard curve required for GFP
quantitation and a EGFP standard curve for EGFP quantitation or is there
some overlap ?
Hope someone can help.
