Hello,
We are preparing to look for promoter activity in newly hatched chickens
and are considering using GFP as our reporter gene. However, we have a
couple of questions before we proceed.
1)Does anyone know how well GFP works in an avian system?
2)What type of preparation of sections works best for viewing GFP with
fluorescent microscopy? We are considering frozen sections. Anywhere I
can look for protocols, etc.?
