We have transfected COS cells with E-GFP C3 and E-GFP C1
vectors (Clontech). COS cells transfected with E-GFP C1 are
much more fluorescent than COS cells transfected with the
same amount of E-GFP C3. Both vectors were prepared
simultaneously under identical conditions and do not
contain any fusion protein. Has anyone else seen this or
could anyone suggest an explanation.
