Hi, I am wondering whether anyone has information re a gfp construct expressed in mammalian cells which is secreted into the medium? Has anyone tried measuring gfp fluorescence in mammalian cell media? Sources, commercial or otherwise will be greatly appreciated... Thank you all in advance, EC
