Hi, Has anyone tried to make a favorite gene-IRES-dGFP construct and then had problems seeing any dGFP despite the abundant expression of the 5' gene? If so, did it help to swap the position of the genes or to change the cloning sites used for the 3' gene? Thanks for any information... Ken
