Hi there I am doing colocalization of a GFP-tagged protein and using immunofluorescence. I found that after permeabilizing the cells with 0.1% tritonX100 in 1xPBS the GFP-signal disappears or weakens. Did anyone have the same observation or can help me? Thanks
