Hi
I have localized a protein in S. cerevisiae by GFP-fusion. It seems to
be a microtubule associated protein. A quite interesting phenomenon is,
that if I incubate my strain for some days in the cold the localization
is much nicer. Has anyone seen such a phenomenon or could someone
explain this to me ?
