Dear collegues,
has anyone tryed to measure FRET between GFP and the new RFP ?
In principle this should be possible, at least if a exitation wavelength
of about 430 nm (e.g. using a He-Cd-Laser) is used. I would like to use
this for real-time measurements of inducable protein-protein
interactions, but we don´t have the right equipment so far.
