with great inerest I read your posting in bio.net.
I'm now at the point, you have been in july98: I want to construct a =
reporter to measure the downregulation of a promotor. I think the best =
way would be to combine two GFP-variants in one plasmid: BFP under =
contol of CMV and my poromotor controling EGFP. This would enable me to =
measure the GFP/BFP-ratio and maybe detecting minor changes for my =
promotor. Did you recieve any interesting replies to your question, or =
did you come any further in your attempt?
Any suggestions and help would be fine !
