Hi!
I'm interested in expressing two fluorescent proteins in mammalian cells
for time lapse experiment. We already cloned GFP in and would like to
use YFP/BFP or any other fluorescent protein as the second color. Are
there anyone who has done this, or any recommendation for what protein I
should use for the second one?
Also...any informaiton on how to detect two fluorescent protein would be
appreciated.
