Hi,
Does anyboy know of a fluorescent label that will bind
(preferably covalently) to membrane proteins? The
interaction would be due to the arrangement of the
hydrophobic residues in the membrane.
Is there a small peptide that will fluoresce and can be
attached to form a fusion protein?
