HI all
has anyone had experience with the neoGFP fusion vector from Clontech?? I
have transfected it with FuGENE into cos-7 cells and found it is
significantly less efficient than straight EGFP to the extent that it is
difficult to locate any transfected cells and the signal is very dim.
I would appreciate any advice, there is no mention of this variation in
expression in the handbook or catalogue
