I am developing a protocol for a 6hour practical on GFP and cells for 4th
year chemical engineering students. This lab is part of an introduction to
biotechnology class.
I have CHO and 293 cells stably expressing GFP, a spectrofluorometer, a
fluorescence microscope...
I would like something that illustrates a basic concept of proteins or
epxression or ?
I would really appreciate any ideas.
