ELISA for EGFP antibodies

We are trying to set up an ELISA assay to quantify antibodies against
EGFP. I would appreciate any suggestion on how much protein is needed to
coat the 96-well plates, and what is the optimal dilution of the
antibody? (we are using the Clontech anti-EGFP monoclonal Ab).
