i made a construct of GFPuv carrying a c-terminal Myc-6xHis-tag, but i
can not detect any fluorescence when it is expressed in e.coli (XL-1).
does anyone knows something about negativ effects of c-terminal
tagged-GFP opon expressonlevels and/or fluorescence. It seems like most
people are using an n-terminal 6xHis-tagged constructs for bacterial
expression.
