Fast CCD cameras

Hello,
I wonder if anyone has experience with cameras that are suitable for
obtaining images in rather rapid succession, that is several hundred frames
per second. We can tolerate about 8X binning in ONE direction and have
bright samples, but even so, it seems likely that an intensifier may be
necessary, at least at the higher frame rate. Ten bits is probably
adequate. Budget is 20-30K$, possibly a bit higher for something that is
really superior. We can fairly easily arrange demonstrations of US and
Japanese cameras made in the US, but I wonder if some of the European
subscribers know of any recently available cameras from their side of the
Atlantic.
	Thanks.
