HI, I am trying to find the best way to fix Xenopus tadpoles that express GFP. I've tried MemFA (3.7% Formaldehyde salt solution) and saw a significant decrease in staining. Does anybody have any alternative fixation procedure? Thanks, Irene Yan yanc at rockvax.rockefeller.edu
