I will be very appreciating if somebody can help me to know what
kind of flouresent dyes can be used to label some toxic proteins which will
be applied to nematodes. The main problem is that I don't know much details
about the field of immuno-citochemistry and I am afraid that the ph or any
other conditions inside the nematode specimens will affect negatively the
flourescent dyes. So, I am still cinfused about which ones will be the most
suitable in this case. Any new information will be very appreciated. Thanks
