Greetings,
Has anyone out there sued the newly developed B-lactanse system as a
reporter in transgenic mice. This system= is meant to be superior to GFP
and developed by Dr. Tsien. We are studying the possibiility of using it
and would like to know if any has experience with it, especially if they
have fixed tissues and then been able to assay lactamase activity.
