We have cloned new GFP fusion proteins that were used to study their
targeting to lateral membranes in epithelia. Now we are attempting to
look for new binding partners for these proteins. Has anyone
successfuly used crosslinked anti GFP or YFP antibodies in
immunoprecipitation to try to identify potential target proteins by
microsequencing ?
