Hello
We have tried to transfect CHO-K1 cells with the expression vector pHygEGFP
(Clonetech) and found that the fusion protein is toxic for the cells. I
wonder if anyone has experience with this expression vector (or any other
expression vector coding for a selective marker-EGFP fusion protein)?
