Hi fluorpro's
We have been unsuccesful in detecting pDsRed1-1 transfected 293 or 3T3 cells on a FACS machine. It seems that the 488 nm exitation on the FACS machine is to week to detect DsRed.
Has anyone detected DsRed on FACS?
