For the epifluorescence microscope, I am using the mercury vapor bulb
on a Nikon Eclipse E800, with the G-2A filter cube (EX 510-560, DM
565, BA 590) and Mark-I human eyes for detection. We're currently
looking at cameras for our 'scope, and I can let you know what
settings I use for flow when I get a chance to do that.
