I am trying to find a suitable plasmid vector to express GFP in Salmonella
typhimurium. The pEGFP vector (a pUC vector) from Clontech is stable in E.
coli but not in S. typhimurium. Does anyone know of any work in expression
of GFP in Salmonella (via plasmids not via chromosomal integration) or have
any information on a suitable vector that could be engineered with the gfp
gene?
Any suggestions would be most appreciated,
Regards
Natasha
