Lightools Research has tested the Little Luma Excitation Light, LT-9700 and the Illumatool Tunable Lighting System, LT-9500 with plants expressing GFP. The results were very impressive. Sample plant images are posted at the Lightools web site www.lightools.com . The Little Luma Excitation Source is portable and can be run off of a rechargeable battery pack. The Illumatool Tunable Lighting System is a bench top model.
