Hi,
Does anybody have been successfull in overexpressing DsRed in E. coli ?
If yes, what were the expression conditions ? (how many time induction,
temperature of induction, E coli strain....).
I have also problems for cloning the DsRed coding sequence (from the
clontech plasmid pDsRed-N1).
After cloning in my vector, the restriction map is OK but there is no
fluorescence (Microscope or spectrofluorimeter checking).
Any help is welcome.
