Hello. I'm planning to express DsRed and EYFP in Arabidopsis thaliana protoplast. I use currently the fluorescent proteins available at AIMS that, I know, were optimized for plant expression. Does anybody know if DsRed and EYFP are expressed without problems in plant systems? Thanks ---
