I'm having a problem with quenching data - i have quenching data
for an entire IgG, while that of the same antibody that was expressed in
bacteria (now a Fab) and purified does not show equivalent quenching. Is
there any reference that addresses this problem? Has anyone had this
experience before? Any suggestions/pointers would be appreciated.
