Hello
I'm looking for the following information concerning fluorescent proteins:
1) Fluorescent lifetimes of BFP and CFP
2) extinction coefficients YFP and emission spectrum of CFP (machine
readable form)
3) Förster-radius for the FRET-pair CFP-YFP
I've already looked through numerous papers, but unfortunately I wasn't able to
find the right ones.
