Hello!
I am a PhD student working with GFP in lactic acid bacteria.
I would be happy to know if somebody has any experience with Renilla
reniformis GFP in bacteria?
The Renilla GFP is reported by Stratagene to have a broader range of pH
stability than Aequorea GFP. That would be an advantage working with lactic
acid bacteria. Does anybody have comments to that?
