Dear All
I was wondering if anyone reccomends the use of ds-red by Clontech to use
as a dual transfected fluorescence? I intended to use EGFP and EBFP,
however we do not have a confocal that is capable of going into the UV
range and so ds-red would be preferable.
Is the brightness comparable to EGFP? How stable is the fluoresence, that
is how sensitive is it to photobleaching?
